WE ARE HIRING A FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGER!
VITUS Search Group has partnered with a large and growing larger refuge company. Fleet Maintenance Manager will be responsible for 80 trucks and 15 techs and will be responsible for the maintenance/service department running smoothly. trucks being serviced in a timely manner, and shop being adequately staffed. Fleet Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for P&Ls of the shop as well as quarterly financials.

Fleet Maintenance Manager Requirements
- Must have previous leadership experience
- Must have experience with refuge or Mack trucks
- Must have experience with Financials, P&Ls and accounting software
